What types of companies are members of COHBA?

COHBA represents all businesses associated with construction, remodel services and building in general. About 50% of our members are professional builders, developers and home remodeling contractors. Why should I use a COHBA member builder?

COHBA members are held to a strict code of ethics and are required to offer a one-year warranty on the new homes they build. COHBA members are also required to participate in a mediation process with the consumer should an issue arise. COHBA members are also required to carry workers’ compensation and liability insurance coverage.
