Charitable Foundation
COHBA House of Hope is built by a member Builder to support local children’s charities and causes.
These funds are distributed through the Oklahoma Home Builders Foundation from the home sale.

The House of Hope builder works to secure as many no-cost or low-cost materials as possible, there are still some expenses associated with building the home.
Every dollar we raise to build the House of Hope is a dollar that we can put to work making a difference in the lives of children in our community.
Funds raised that exceed the cost of building the House of Hope are distributed to our partner charities, along with the proceeds of the home’s sale.
We hope you will consider making a tax-deductible contribution to the Oklahoma Home Builders Foundation to sponsor the House of Hope.
2025 House of Hope Builder
The Vorderlandwehr family has a history of building that dates back to the 1970s. Patrick grew up in Yukon with a home builder and developer for a father. His father is also an impressive carpenter and has been teaching Patrick how to build quality homes all of his life.
After earning a business degree, studying architectural engineering and following several years of learning the daily business of building homes with his father, Patrick started his own company in 2007 in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Patrick Vorderlandwehr Homes offers a variety of styles including craftsman, farmhouse, Texas hill country, and transitional. Combining modern design and traditional comforts is a mainstay of the company. Building homes all over the metro in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Cashion, Moore and Yukon, Patrick Vorderlandwehr Homes can build your first home or your dream home.
