About COHBA

Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association (COHBA) is a not-for-profit trade association. For over half a century, COHBA has provided leadership for the home building industry and is the most energetic and effective trade association in the southwest.

From a political standpoint, COHBA pushes for responsible legislations and regulations on local, state and national levels.

History

Established in February 1943 by the leading builders in Oklahoma City, COHBA promotes the home building industry as well as promoting members through new home construction, home remodeling and taking an active role in community affairs. The Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association also provides education for the residential building industry and consumers. With affiliate members such Oklahoma State Home Builders Association and National Association of Home Builders, the home builders association is well known throughout the country.

The Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association, Inc. promotes the home building industry and its members by educating and instilling professionalism and taking an active role in community affairs.
